Swim Course
The swim takes place in the Baltic Sea near Tallinn. Calm, low-salinity water with temperatures around 18–21°C in late August.
Bike Course
The 90 km bike course covers the flat Estonian countryside. Minimal climbing and open roads make this a fast, wind-dependent course. The flat terrain suits time trialists and steady-state riders.
Run Course
The run takes athletes through Tallinn's streets including the medieval old town. The UNESCO-listed architecture provides a unique backdrop for a half marathon.
